Working in A Team

My team in tech is OK. We are all good in different area. If one falls we a help to bring that person up again. We don't rush we go on the same pace. Some are good being leaders and telling people what to do. Yea because before I hate working with people. Now it OK. To work really hard and don't slack off if you do then the team will collapse. Yes if we work hard even we can finish before the due date.
